Introduction

Welcome to WeMod Academy ("WeMod", "WeMod Academy", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), a subsidiary of Atlantis Corporation ("Atlantis"). By accessing or using any of our services, platforms, content, or programs (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our Services.

These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between WeMod Academy, its content creators, brand partners, and any other users of our platform. Atlantis Corporation retains full rights over all agreements, transactions, and modifications related to WeMod Academy.

Eligibility

To access or use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from WeMod Academy for any violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, course materials, videos, and digital resources, is the exclusive property of WeMod Academy and Atlantis Corporation.

Only content creators & brands partnered with WeMod Academy or Atlantis can use the assets and other intellectual properties.

User Content

By submitting content to WeMod Academy, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with our Services.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions to share such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of WeMod Academy must not:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Share, sell, or distribute proprietary materials without explicit consent.
• Engage in unethical influencer marketing practices, including fake engagement, misleading advertisements, or unlawful promotions.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or platform-specific guidelines.

Atlantis Corporation reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any violation.

Payment, Fees & Commissions

Creators & Influencers

Payments are issued according to WeMod Academy's monetization policy. All applicable taxes and fees are covered by Atlantis Corporation.

Brands & Advertisers

Payments must be made in full before campaigns commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. All applicable taxes and fees must be covered by the buyer.

Refunds

Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, subject to review and approval by Atlantis Corporation.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

Data Security

WeMod Academy implements strict data security measures to protect user information. However, users acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to security breaches.

Data Usage

By using our Services, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, including proprietary business strategies, will result in legal consequences.

Termination of Contracts & Partnerships

WeMod Academy reserves the right to:

• Terminate contracts or partnerships with individuals or entities that violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
• Revoke access to any user who is deemed a risk to the integrity of our platform or brand partnerships.
• Restrict accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities, intellectual property theft, or unethical marketing tactics.
• All parties engaging with WeMod Academy must adhere to the Terms of Service (ToS) of both WeMod Academy and Atlantis Corporation. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of agreements and legal consequences.

Liability Limitations

• WeMod Academy and Atlantis Corporation are not liable for any loss of income, reputation damage, or indirect damages resulting from the user's actions or decisions.
• We do not guarantee success, audience growth, or revenue generation from using our Services.
• Users accept full responsibility for their actions, content, and partnerships facilitated through WeMod Academy.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the European Union (EU), where applicable.

Arbitration Clause

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, unless Atlantis Corporation decides otherwise.

Class Action Waiver

Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against WeMod Academy or Atlantis Corporation.

Modifications to Terms

WeMod Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes but are responsible for reviewing the latest version regularly.

Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
